Removal of moss from-roof of a bungalow built in 1939, (garage roof moss also removed.)
The moss was very thick and when removed filled a 1 ton bag. The moss was removed using air scraping method and this was done from a scaffold tower as there was not enough room for a cherry picker to be erected. The roof was cleaned and sprayed to stop regrowth for at least 4 years and looked immaculate. All the gutters were cleared of debris using a vacuum, the fascias and soffits were washed, as was the render. All windows & doors were cleaned.
The conservatory gutters were cleared and the conservatory was power washed and all windows cleaned.
This work was completed over 3 days, it was carried out very professionally and I was absolutely blown away by the final result. One guy did all the work and each day the property was left clean and tidy.
